THE TASK

Since 2019, RUSH has been a leading name in the nicotine vaping industry. In response to evolving regulations, the brand is launching a new line featuring tobacco-free nicotine. For this release, RUSH envisioned packaging that captures a sense of adventure—bright, bubbly, and playfully bold.

MY ROLE

I was responsible for designing the entire product lineup, including the device colors, individual box artwork, display box artwork, and master case packaging. I also coordinated directly with the print supplier to ensure production accuracy and quality across all materials. In addition, I created marketing assets to support the product launch and drive sales.

THE PROBLEM

In a market with constantly evolving vaping regulations, compliance was crucial for legal distribution. A key challenge was representing fruit flavors using only color, as certain types of imagery were restricted. The large nicotine warning label also reduced available front-facing space, requiring a strategic layout to maintain visual impact within tight design limitations.

THE OUTCOME

The result is eye-catching packaging that effectively conveys each flavor profile through its visual design.
